1. Information We Collect

We collect only what you provide:

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored hashed)
• Gig data: dates, venues, payments, mileage, and notes you enter
• Venue data: names, addresses, and contact details you enter
• Home address: if provided, used for mileage calculations

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide the gig tracking service to you
• Calculate mileage between your home and venue addresses
• Send password reset emails when you request them

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id. Sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies. All connections use HTTPS in production.

4. Third-Party Services

• Railway: hosting and database infrastructure
• Resend: transactional email delivery (password resets only)

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising services.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all data (gigs, venues, sessions, and account information) is permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Export all your data from Settings at any time
• Delete your account and all data from Settings
• Update your personal information from Settings

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
